Orders:
Is it possible to cancel the order?
The order can only be cancelled before it is sent out. Once we have completed and shipped your order, it will be no longer possible to cancel the order.
Once you receive your package you can refuse the parcel at the door or return the parcel.
When will the order arrive?
The product delivery time varies per product. Standard delivery times are within 3-5 working days and some products 4-8 working days.
Shipping & Returns:
What shipping method is available?
Within Europe, we provide shipment with DPD and DHL. You can choose a parcel point to pick up your package or to choose your home address.
Can I return my order?
You have a 14 days return period. Some products are excluded from this return period as they are hygienic products or products that are not able to be sold again.
Once you send back a parcel, let our customer service know about the tracking number of your return parcel.

You will be handed out a broad selection of payment options available for your country.
Refund period
Once your returned ordered have been confirmed or your cancellation has been confirmed by our customer service, you can expect your refund on your account within 11-12 working days.
